The builders have formed all the new rooms in the downstairs re-furbished area.  Next stage is to demolish the external wall, facing the canal - to make way for the new Cafe Entrance and Windows.

By early next year, Phase 2 - the Disabled Lift provision and upstairs work will be complete.
