Do you need some fun and friendship?
On a Monday afternoon from 1.30-3.30 we run a 60+ group called Prime Timers. We have a variety of activities at this group and it is a chance for you to come and meet up with others and maybe try something new. You might want to try a craft activity, or some gentle relaxation and light exercise. There is always a choice of things to do and time to enjoy tea and coffee together.
