The Ministry Team

Minister Kenny Borthwick. Kenny has had over 20 years of ministry in the North of Scotland - in Orkney and in Thurso. He became minister of Holy Trinity Church in Westerhailes, Edinburgh in 2004. Kenny is on the Leadership Team of New Wine Scotland, responsible for the planning of the annual CLAN gatherings in St Andrews.


Deaconess Joyce Mitchell Joyce is the Deaconess in Holy Trinity – She leads the Communitry work of Breakfast Clubsm Café and the work in the Schools - the four primary Schoolds and the Wester Hailes eEducation Centre secondary school.



Youth Minister Ollie Clegg Ollie is the Youth Minister. Ollie has over the last three years, established a thriving Youth Ministry in Westerhailes. Currently there are well over 100 young people who are part of an exciting ptogramme for youg people at HT.
Currently there are 3 full time / part time staff supporting Ollie in the Youth Ministry Team

Trainees Holy Trinity has been regularly used for Ministry, Diaconate and Fieldwork staff trainee placements.

Ian MacDonald is the Associate Minister - Ian leads the Young Adults ministry and is responsible for the Alpha programme at HT.
